If you are having a dental emergency, call us immediately. A member of our team will aide you in assessing the severity of your dental emergency and help book your appointment that same day or the next available day. If you happen to reach us after hours, we will do our best to return your call on the following business day.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
We understand that changes can occur in our patients' schedules, but as a courtesy to our office and other patients scheduled on the same day, we require all patients to give 48 hours notice (weekday appointments) prior to an appointment change or cancellation and 7 days notice for Saturday appointments.
As per our Office Policies, Last minute Cancellations (cancellations made less than 48 hours or same day) are considered failed or “broken appointments” and are subject to a broken appointment fee starting at $50/hr. Broken Appointment fees for failed surgery appointment start at $100/hr.
